The purpose of this CE course is to provide education and awareness for administrators, counselors, social workers, and human services providers  an overview of case management for substance use disorder treatment providers. This education covers Case Management skill of the Eight Counselor Skill Groups ascribed by NAADAC and NCC AP.

Learning Objectives


  1. Providers will learn models of case management in substance use treatment.
  2. Providers will gain an understanding of program evaluation and how to address managed care issues.
  3. Providers will learn the referral process and service coordination requirements.
