This education course is a review of SAMHSAs TAP 21  Addiction Counseling Competencies.  This course will provide and overview of  assessment and screening, treatment planning, referral, service coordination, counseling, family and community education, and cultural competency for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders. This education covers  Counseling Services skill of the Eight Counselor Skill Groups ascribed by NAADAC and NCC AP.
